Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy for Impact Salon
Effective September 1, 2024, Impact Salon will implement the following cancellation policy:
• 24-Hour Notice:
Clients are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of color services. Failure to do so may result in a percentage charge of the service cost.
• Appointment Pass:
Each client is allowed one appointment pass per year, which can be used to waive the cancellation fee for a late notice.
• Deposits:
Deposits made for upcoming hair color / extension services will be applied to the cost of the service. Deposits can be canceled within a two-day window without penalty however if an unpaid deposit you may be subject to a silent cancellation within this 2 day window prior to appointment. Deposits are non-refundable & non negotiable.
• Grace Period:
A 15-minute grace period will be allowed for late arrivals. Beyond this period, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.
